For all and any owners who rent out their apartment to tourists, please be aware of the legislation imposed by the DMT, , since November 2021, for registration and all legal requirements to rent out your property to tourists.

As stipulated by the DMT, all properties must have this certificate if they advertise their property anywhere on line and to legally rent it out to tourists. Fines may be imposed on the owner and / or agency that advertises the property on line without this certificate.
