Please note that before you purchase a unit in the complex you should request from your solicitor and / or agent for a payment certificate or a letter of clearance to make sure that the unit you are buying does not have any outstanding debt in communal fees or any other fees, BEFORE completing the sale. In recent months units have been sold with outstanding communal fees. Any unpaid communal fees are transferred to the new owner. The new owner will then have to take legal action against the person they have bought the apartment from.
To ensure that the communal fees on a unit you want to purchase are paid up you can also contact the committee on committee@seaviewvalley.com
